Smoked Salmon Pate

Date

Ingredients:

– 113g Pouch of Little Miss Chief smoked salmon (drain off juice)
– 156g Regular canned salmon
– 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
– 1/4 cup Chopped green onion tops and fresh baby dill
– 1/2 tsp. Prepared horseradish (optional)
– 1/4 tsp. Tobasco sauce (optional)

 

Instructions:

– Drain off excess salmon juice.
– Combine all ingredients.
– Mix to a smooth creamy mixture.
– lf desired, add more mayonnaise to reach desired texture.
– Serve with small crispy shells, fancy bread or crackers.
– Serve and enjoy!
