Smoked Salmon in Cheese Sauce Served Over Pasta

Date

Ingredients:

-8oz pouch Little Miss Chief smoked salmon

-1/4 cup Melted butter

-1/4 cup Flour

-1/4 cup Fresh chopped baby dill

-1 cup Chopped green onion tops

-1/4tsp pepper

-2 cups Light cream

-1 cup Grated cheese of your choice (cheddar)

 

Instructions:

-Melt butter in a saucepan. Slowly stir in flour – cook and stir over medium heat for one minute.

-Add cream, dill, green onion tops, cheese, and pepper.

-Bring to a boil while stirring constantly, then lower heat.

-Break up salmon into bite-size pieces with a spoon.

-Add salmon, juices and all to the sauce.

-Serve over one pound of prepared pasta of your choice.
