Smoked Salmon & Fried Rice

Ingredients:

8 oz pouch –  L.M.C. smoked salmon

1 1/2 cups –  Rice steamed in 3 cups water *prepare ahead.

2 cups     –  Chopped green onion

6 oz can     –  Water Chestnuts (sliced)

2 tbsp     –  Soya sauce.

1 1/2 cups –  Snow peas (ends & strings removed)

1 cup     –  Chopped red pepper.

2 tbsp.     –  Hot oil (olive) or your choice.

 

Instructions:

-Place wok over high heat. When hot, add oil. Add green onion, sweet red pepper, snow peas, and sliced water chestnuts.

– Stir fry for about 1 minute, adding more oil if necessary.

-Add cooked rice, soya sauce, constantly stirring.

-Add 8 oz pouch of  “L.M.C.” Smoked Salmon (juice and all & broken into bite-size pieces).

-Stir to heat through.

Serve and Enjoy!!
