This smoked salmon cheese ball is always a party favorite and so easy to make!
-113g pouch of Little Miss Chief smoked salmon
-250g Cream cheese
-1/4tbsp Prepared horseradish
-1/4tbs Tabasco sauce
-½ cup finely chopped green onion tops and finely chopped baby dill.
-Drain the juices from the salmon.
-Combine all ingredients and mix together.
-Form mixture into a ball.
-On a sheet of wax paper, mix dry parsley and/or finely chopped almonds.
-Garnish with a sprig of parsley and serve with crackers
-Serve and enjoy!
